Payment & Process
Payment is handled via Paypal invoice, initiated by the artist. Project starts with $50 upfront fee. Sketch is provided for approval with one revision round. After sketch approval and first payment of half remaining total, ink phase begins; one round of revisions included. Color phase follows with one minor revision round included, which cannot alter ink phase elements. Additional revisions are $65/hour. Final artwork is delivered after final payment.

Delivery:
Final artwork is delivered in high-resolution format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, TIFF, PDF) via email or file-sharing service. Specific formats are agreed upon in advance.

Timelines:
Timeline is agreed upon at start. Artist aims to meet deadlines but is not responsible for delays due to external factors.

Communication:
All communication should be via email. Clients must provide clear feedback within revision rounds to stay on schedule.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep project details confidential until final delivery or any agreed public release date.

Termination:
Artist may terminate project for client breaches; partial refunds are at artist’s discretion. No refunds for client-initiated termination.

Liability:
Artist is not liable for damages or losses from use of artwork. Client agrees to indemnify artist against related claims.

Copyright & Usage:
Artist retains copyright. Client gets a non-exclusive license for personal use. Commercial use requires additional agreement and fees.

Amendments:
Terms may be amended by mutual written agreement.
